Hon. Abimbola Olanrewaju Osuntoki, popularly known as OMO-OLA 1, has called on the people of Akinyele Local Government to use the occasion of Sunday worship to reflect on the values of unity, peace, service and collective responsibility in building a better society.

In his Sunday reflection, Osuntoki said the peace and progress of Akinyele should remain a shared responsibility, stressing that genuine development can only thrive when leaders and residents work together with a common purpose.

He urged fathers, mothers, youths, community leaders and other stakeholders across the 12 wards of Akinyele to embrace one another, put aside differences and support initiatives that promote the wellbeing of the people.

According to him, “A Perfect Akinyele System” must be founded on justice, security, employment opportunities, fairness and sustainable development, with every community given the opportunity to prosper.

Osuntoki further encouraged residents to make their faith meaningful through acts of service, kindness and commitment to humanity, noting that worship should inspire people to contribute positively to their communities.

He prayed for God’s peace, protection, favour and blessings upon families across Akinyele, as well as wisdom for leaders and renewed strength for residents to contribute to the development of the local government.

He reaffirmed his commitment to advancing the ideals of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and expressed optimism that through unity and collective effort, Akinyele can achieve greater progress and development.

“Let this Sunday remind us that our strength is in our unity, and our future is brighter when we work together for Akinyele,” he said.
