My good people of Akinyele,

Politics without principles becomes betrayal. And in Akinyele, our principle has always been clear: *rotational leadership between Constituency 1 and Constituency 2*.

That understanding kept our peace. That understanding kept our party strong. That understanding must not be broken now for personal convenience.

To Hon. Wole Akinleye, the Present Chairman!
You sit in that office today because Akinyele agreed to fairness. You emerged from Constituency 2, and the whole of Akinyele supported you.

We did not hear “it’s our turn forever.” We heard “it’s your turn now, and ours next.”
Leadership is about keeping your word, even when power whispers otherwise. Don’t let history remember you as the chairman who broke the rotational system that brought you to office.

To Hon. Olatunde Kehinde Deacon!
You are a respected son of Akinyele, and you know the grassroots. But respect for the grassroots also means respecting the agreement the grassroots made.

Constituency 2 has had its turn. Constituency 1 has waited, mobilized, and delivered votes. To push for a second run from Constituency 2 is to ignore the very system that gives every part of Akinyele a sense of belonging.

The Rotational System Is Not Optional
Rotational politics in Akinyele is not a gentleman’s agreement you break when it suits you. It is the glue holding our two constituencies together.

Break it, and you don’t just disrespect Constituency 1. You invite division, apathy, and a fractured party going into 2026.

*The next Chairman of Akinyele Local Government must come from Constituency 1.* Not because we are fighting, but because fairness demands it.

Our Stand!!

We respect our leaders, but we respect justice more.

We respect experience, but we respect equity more.

We respect unity, but unity without fairness is slavery.

Constituency 1 has the people, the structure, and the candidates ready to lead. Deny us this turn, and you deny Akinyele the peace we have enjoyed.

Our Message Is Simple!!

Hon. Wole Akinleye, complete your tenure and uphold the rotational system.

Hon. Olatunde Kehinde Deacon, stand with your people by honoring the agreement.

Akinyele 2026 — It’s Constituency 1’s Turn.

Vote Justice. Support Equity. Defend the Rotational System.
